Most are outdoor, but there are a few indoor pools too. The cost of admission to a public pool on weekdays is HK$17, and it’s HK$19 on weekends and during public holidays. Children under the age of 3 are free, and those with disabilities can get discounted rates as well.

This pool offers a breathtaking 150-degree sea view, plus an incredible range of facilities including training and leisure pools. You’ll have to be a member to enjoy the pool, but membership includes full access to gym facilities, classes and wellness programs as well as 12 complimentary day passes at the pool.
This is one of the most iconic pools in Hong Kong, and it’s definitely worth a visit. It has a leisure pool with water slides for varying ages, as well as a main pool and a diving pool. The views of the bay are stunning, and you can even watch ships passing by!
Another iconic Hong Kong pool is the Central Public Library Swimming Pool. This huge pool complex has an impressive 5m deep end, a diving pool and even a springboard! The pool is a popular spot for swimmers of all ages and skill levels, and it’s easy to get to from most parts of the city.
